Property Button is a rapidly growing SAAS business based in Blackrock Co. Dublin. Our purpose is to maximize occupancy at rented properties and hence eliminate homelessness: by reducing vacancy by one week per property per new tenancy Property Button can help home >24,000 families. Our customers are estate agents, property managers, councils, property funds and banks: in fact, anyone who is responsible for the sale, letting or property management of rented property. The marketing team at Property Button is responsible for all communication end to end across our customer journey for tenants and businesses establishing those tenancies.

About The Role

Property Button is seeking a Marketing Executive, UK & RoI. The ideal candidate is a passionate, data-driven marketer with a relentless passion for executing a diverse range of marketing campaigns from email awareness campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns to events and PR. The ideal candidate will bring marketing experience necessary to support an array of marketing channels. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Head of Marketing to plan and execute the Property Button UK & RoI marketing strategy
  • Work closely with sales, finance and senior management team to build and communicate the key messages

Experience Required
  • Understanding of the SME market in UK and RoI especially property vertical
  • Digital marketing experience across all paid and organic channels - PPC, Display Advertising, Social Advertising, Retargeting, Lead Buy, Content Syndication, SEO etc
  • Marketing experience in a campaign manager or marketing account manager capacity
  • Experience managing and developing new marketing programs
  • Experience driving demand and pipeline for the programs
  • Proven track record of building, leading and managing marketing campaigns across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities.
  • Background in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns focused on specific market segments or industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and loves working towards clear goals.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in teams.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and experience of driving quantifiable ROI.
  • Past experience in using Salesforce, and/or other marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.
  • Experience using programmatic advertising platforms, bid management, etc

The CSM team at Property Button is responsible for customer relationship building and retention i.e. for proactively managing our customer relationships for new and existing customers.

  • Will love working with customers and have prior relevant customer management experience ideally in the property sector in the UK or Ireland.
  • Will understand how to communicate internally (engineering, sales & marketing), with our suppliers and with our customers so that our customers benefit by using more and more Property Button services.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Onboard 100% of new customers by creating and executing a customer success plan.
  • Customer success plan to be implemented for every new customer
  • Build Property Button training trailheads for estate agents and new CSM agents including FAQ and self help to reduce (divert) requests for support.
  • Measure customer satisfaction across the customer journey by tracking all interactions, benchmarking good customer behavior and intervening to prevent dissatisfaction, RGU churn or customer churn.
  • Identify root causes of changes to customer satisfaction
  • Document changes necessary to improve customer satisfaction and champion resultant change programs.
Job purpose:
  • Onboard, train and build relationships with all new customers
  • Increase the number of active customers i.e. 90% new customers are using the service after 2 weeks and 75% of total customer base (by volume) within any 4-week period.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with top accounts and decision makers, understanding and responding to customer needs, and tracking account activity (nurturing accounts).
  • Communicate this understanding to Property Button’s internal teams.
  • Implement service improvements and or championing the implementation of service improvements projects based on customer insight.
  • To identify and develop customer champions / evangelists i.e. develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Manage account escalations.
  • Facilitate meetings effectively, setting clear goals and expectations, and documenting discussions and next steps.
Manage team:
  • Manage a small team of customer success managers and 2/3 customer support agents (customer support agents reacting to customer issues.)
  • Performance manage the customer success and customer support teams by agreeing performance targets, coaching and developing the team to achieve those targets and reviewing performance versus those targets.
  • Recruit, train and develop additional team members.
  • Effectively manage time, workload and shifting priorities including operating level agreement with sales for onboarding new customers and satisfaction of existing customers.
  • Monitor quality of work and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Seek out and embrace feedback, take on board to improve skills, keep knowledge and skills up-to-date.
  • Assist in knowledge transfer of administrative tasks between customer administrators and internal teams.
  • Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Facilitate weekly case reviews, quarterly feature reviews.
Manage suppliers
  • Ensure service quality reports are issued weekly
  • Manage weekly service quality calls with each supplier to agreed agenda
  • Track supplier performance versus SLA
  • Complete quarterly supplier business review report

About The Role

Property Button is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our UK sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a dedicated territory (region or vertical) and the entire customer sales cycle. This involves the coordination of all activities across business development, sales programs and coordinating aspects of the digital marketing campaigns with dedicated marketing executives. and with a relentless focus on building pipeline and revenue growth.
